GuangSuMao consolidation warehouse in Shenzhen

Every order you place in China, we deliver to the city you now call home

GuangSuMao is a consolidation team based in a Shenzhen international warehouse. Our customers share one thing: they live overseas, but most of what they use still comes from Chinese online stores — school supplies for the kids, parents’ regular medication, the snacks they grew up with, seasonal clothes and shoes, and gift boxes sent home for the holidays. Put together, those items create two problems: shipping them one by one internationally costs a fortune, and figuring out customs declaration on your own is close to impossible. Taking those two problems off your hands is the reason we exist.

Concretely: once you register you get your own Chinese delivery address. Use it when you check out on Taobao, JD or Pinduoduo, and your parcels start arriving at our warehouse. From there we take over — receiving, opening for inspection, photographing as proof, labelling and putting on a shelf. When you are ready, pick the orders you want combined in the mini program and submit them for packing. We strip the extra shoe boxes and filler, repack everything into one carton, and price it on measured weight and volume. You approve, you pay, and the parcel leaves Shenzhen for wherever you are. No customs paperwork on your side, and no juggling a dozen tracking numbers.

Low quotes are easy to find in this industry. What is rare is knowing exactly what you paid for. So we are picky about two things in particular. First, inbound: every parcel is photographed and logged, so damage or wrong items are caught on the spot rather than when the box reaches you. Second, weighing: you see the actual and volumetric weight before and after consolidation, and you are billed on measured figures — you never pay for empty air. Everything else — arrival alerts, the tracking number after dispatch, customs and delivery milestones — is visible in the system. Who to contact when something goes wrong and how compensation works are written down in our terms, not promised over the phone.

The photos above are a normal day at the warehouse. Parcels are labelled and put on a numbered shelf the moment they arrive, so nothing has to be hunted down later. Packing benches are separated by handling type — fragile, liquids, batteries — and each is processed on its own bench. Before dispatch we check carton count against the waybill, so a multi-box order never ships one box short. None of this is glamorous. All of it decides what your parcel looks like when it finally reaches you.

Our customers include students who just left for university, Chinese families settled abroad, and small sellers running cross-border businesses. What they ship differs, but what they care about is remarkably consistent: a quote they can follow, goods handled with care in transit, and a real person who answers when something goes wrong. None of that sounds sophisticated. All of it requires every step to hold up. We publish them here because they can be checked — your own parcel is the test.

Our four commitments

1. Transparent charging

You see the first-weight rate, additional-weight rate, volumetric divisor and any surcharges before you commit. After consolidation, actual and volumetric weight are measured in the warehouse and itemised on your bill. We do not pack first and quote later — telling you the price after the box is sealed is just asking you to accept it.

2. Trackable end to end

Arrival, packing, dispatch, customs clearance and delivery — every milestone is visible in the system. The M number tracks the overall consolidation order; the carrier tracking number covers the international leg. From the moment it leaves Shenzhen to the moment it reaches your door, there is no blind spot.

3. Truthful declaration

We do not under-declare, and we will not help you do it. Accurate item names and values are what get a parcel cleared without extra risk on your side. When ID or real-name details are required, we tell you up front what they are for: customs filing only, nothing else.

4. Someone owns the problem

WeChat, WhatsApp, WeCom and email all reach us. Damage, loss and customs follow-up are handled through a set process, with compensation terms published in our terms of service rather than negotiated case by case. Keep photos of the outer packaging and the contents when you sign — it is the fastest way to resolve a claim, and we remind you before dispatch.
